FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS

We’re bringing music, art, community and incredible food to Edmonton’s river valley this September. If you run a food truck or pop-up kitchen, we’d love to have you join us!

What We’re Looking For

We’re curating a diverse lineup of food vendors to match the energy of the festival. We welcome bold flavours, creative concepts, and vendors who thrive in a high-volume, outdoor festival setting.

    • 2400 festivalgoers over two days

    • Beautiful riverside location in downtown Edmonton

    • Flexible vendor compensation options

    • Organized setup, breakdown, and onsite support

  • We offer a few different ways to participate:

    • Flat fee

    • Revenue share

    • Minimum guarantee + percentage

    • In-kind options (e.g., staff meals or VIP catering)

    • Valid food handling permit

    • Proof of liability insurance naming Down by the River Festival as additionally insured

    • Self-sufficient setup (power, water, waste handling preferred)

    • Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and timely operations
